I went to order to go , girl name Rachel G took my order , she was so rude , was mad and show attitude because I did not put minimu $5.35 tip that show on her order device. My order were missing queso & salsa that was part of my order 2 soft tacos were only in my bag for $23. She was keep giving me a look for some reason. If there was a good service I don’t mind tipping at all. That’s reason I was missing half of my order. Seriously Never going back there or not anyone i Knw will

Super nice place with a beautiful atmosphere and a very kind staff. They have such phenomenal clean decor, a lot of space and a very light, warm and welcoming area to dine in. Pickleball. Courts are clean. Outdoor cornhole areas. Outdoor ping pong tables. Kid friendly with a great menu and a really wonderful staff. Highly recommend this place !!

I had the best time at Aces Bar + Grill in Norwood, OH! My work crew had an outing here, and it couldn’t have gone better. The catered food was delicious, the drinks were great, and the courts were clean, well-taken care of, and perfect for group activities. If you're looking for a fun spot for team events or a night out, Aces Bar + Grill is the place to be. I’ll definitely be back!

First time visiting Aces and it was a huge success. Factory 52 is such a hot spot these days but The GatherAll isn't our favorite type of dining. Luckily we've discovered Aces. I was pleasantly surprised by the size inside and outside. There was a seat yourself sign on a rather empty Saturday night. The weather was beautiful so most people were outside. Our waitress Rachel was sweet and attentive. She made very good suggestions and was on top of everything. The pretzels with beer cheese were yummy good and very hot. We both got burgers and even though there is only two on the menu I highly recommend trying them. I got the Red October Burger. It was so delicious with the melted cheese, grilled peppers and onions plus that incredible bacon aoli! The sweet potato fries could have been hotter but it had great flavor. The hubby got the really good Wedge salad. I recommend it too. He also got the Buns and Roses Burger that was delicious. I'm so glad we finally made the trip especially since we live right here in Norwood. I'm looking forward to returning and maybe trying their brunch!

We came here for brunch on Saturday. There were 5 indoor pickleball courts - the setup: tables, chairs are very strategic. We were sitting inside by the bar. It wasn't too busy. It seemed there were only 2 servers that worked at the time. However, our server was very fast, friendly and answered our questions. The food was very good, and tasty. I recommend this place if you want to have fun and great food with your family and friends. There is an outdoor area for party or special event. Also, there is a dog park next to the outdoor area.
